It's like wondering what your life would've been like if you took Stacey to the prom instead of Melissa.

Again like I said as far as experience goes I have plenty, 3 TV interviews, a few radio shows and...never mind...I do not need to flaunt credentials.

She's actually a couple years younger than me, so I actually took her to senior prom in it, we went on numerous road trips, and to be quite honest, that car was as much a part of our history and relationship as anything else - and I'm not sure my financial portfolio could have given those same memories and for that I'm thankful, even if a bigger investment portfolio could have flourished into other types of memories.  

I know in the Bay Area there are professional renters that rent out multiple apartments and turning them into AirBnB rentals for profit, flaunting local ordinances and causing significant liability risk to the landlords as well as degrading the properties they operate in.  

You could also state in the Prom Note Borrower MUST sell the property within 1 Yr (FLIP) and that proceeds will reimburse Lender (you) for any Principal and Interest FIRST and any remaining balance after all costs/fees is split 50/50.  

It's fun for a while, but even the prom queens gets dumped every once in a while.I just started my hello letter campaign.

Certainly, if they could substantiate that they are turning out a high percentage of successful investors, they would flaunt this data; yet I don't see any of them that do.  

I guess when you don't have much to flaunt, you flaunt your best what little you have.

I liked his book 10X, but not a big fan of his YouTube videos, sounds very much like Ti Lopez flaunting his riches He is also anti owning a house which I think is bad advice
