Even if i fail, I'd still like to try because i dont want to regret it and whatever i need to do to fight my way to financial freedom, or least start, id be willing to do.

It just seems like the housing / banking system right now is driving toward fore-closures and you really have to fight for it these days.

You can fight with them about it.

You can still work with an unlicensed person, as long as they know what they are doing, and you can hire a licensed representative if you have to fight the IRS later.The single most important factor in selecting your tax person is technical competence.

I’d consider what your actual damages  are, if they are easily quantified and can be proven to be caused by the non-disclosed issues, and then use that to determine if it will be worth taking up a fight.

Which he's claiming that I'm not able to have access (I think he has removed me from some of our LLCs without my knowledge)(Blind trust is a no go) fighting the banks as I'm fighting for access.

I was the HML he never came into title. but got paid on the hud.State put him out of business. when he got in a fight with a client who filed a complaint.. he actually ended up getting arrested because he did it again.So for him to continue I would charge him a transaction fee to put him into title then 2 or 3 days later the LA turnkey buyer would buy from him. and he got paid as the seller ... that worked perfect we did probably 50 to 75 of those.. until he fell back into his pattern of taking fee's on properties he did not own.. this was as stated Mississippi so that's two states.
