I'm not stating an opinion so much as just throwing out alternative ideas which seem to be ignored in most conversations nowadays......

It's not as convenient of a commute when you can erect a tent right in front of your employer's office.

Possibly even for the erection of the temporary tent itsself.

Only difference is that I wasn't there for the first...I was for the second.This isn't much needed nowadays, with the market improving and most appraisals coming in at the purchase price (even if that price is above market :).  

Cash flow is definitely a hard thing to come across in the short term of things especially in nowadays market. so, just remember your other benefits to investing like appreciation, equity build, etc.. 

Not sure if you're aware but, nowadays, Google Translate translates any web page so there shouldn't be any language issue on these sites for non-Spanish speakers.
