I'm energized to relay I acquired a duplex in Atlanta. 

If it is not energized you can remove it but I would want to know where it feeds from so that it can't accidentally become energized and cause a potential problem.

And those are all about energizing people and getting people to dream big.

Many people have already mentioned it, but it was very energizing to be around so many postive, energetic, and like-minded people.

Because maybe the government will do something like...oh, I don't know....maybe take Fannie and Freddie out of conservatorship....that would probably re-energize the stock and RE market and all the money turnover that happens from it will push the economy even higher.

You will learn so much, and you will leave there so energized.

I left energized with new ideas on strategies, and lots of things to research.

So at the end of the first year, that 35% is really closer to 140%...and like the Energizer Bunny, it keeps on going.

It will get you energized and may be focus you a little bit towards RE investing, and it will enable you to start step by step if you would like to.

I had a great vacation and I'm energized even more for this coming week.
