We do prefer you be a investor minded agent who is truly energetic and passionate about real estate investing.

I enjoyed this podcast, Zeona is energetic and lively, loved her aspect of the investing journey and how she started out with a PML/Friend.

So I think your DIY strategy is on track and a great use of your time.... especially while you are young energetic and can put in the hours.

Necessity brought out the creativity of an energetic young bi-lingual agent investor and I responded.

I remember seeing a few years ago in the always energetic "buy your first" webinars by Brandon Turner that he'd share his personal starting out of/encourage +$100 or more/door, $100-200.

I’ve got a bit of a habit where if I don’t work out, a beer or two will take its place, making me more tired, less energetic, and a bigger case of the “screw it’s”.
