Makes it a little more flexible but you don't get a classy/elegant bedroom with that kind of setup.

In addition to this, you are taking a loan against your home, theoretically you're risking your castle, your home for a negative cash flow deal hoping for appreciation that may or. may not happen, adding some bad macro economic in the backdrop.
