I really believe that if you are able to get through the down times, the up times will be so much better.

Unless you are going to *specifically* spend the downtime making money, you're not making better use of your time from a financial point of view.

The downtime, legal costs and that "kicked in the privates" feeling from trying to extract damage money from a tenant is not worth it.

Got a little down time and here I am on BP. 

I'd like to train them to look for off market deals in their down time, but mainly just want them to focus on daily operations.Anyways, just curious to the community's high level thougths here.Thanks,Brent 

I'm in Richmond, VA and got interested in R.E.I. from my downtime during the pandemic.

@Steve M.It would probably make a lot of sense if you started hauling for others in the down time as well.

It's a little bit more expensive, but their security is top-notch, downtime is extremely low, and your sites are backed up every day automatically.I'm happy to send you some sites to give you some inspiration when designing your site. 

Many nights, there is a lot of downtime, and he is able to crush BP Podcasts and books, and has listened to hundreds of episodes.

I'm going to invest in improving some of my existing properties, now that there's some downtime on the calendar to do it.
