If that’s not the case, the PM needs to change the disclosure text in their application to include the property owner as well.

Right now only about 1-2% of my revenue comes from GVR.I can imagine GVR becoming pay-to-play and you having to spend money to gain traffic from it at some point, but if you are working with a PMS that offers that integration for free (shameless plug of Hospitable.com 😉 full disclosure, I work there) then right now any traffic or bookings you do get are a great bonus!

@Jay Hinrichs is correct in that a securities attorney would require the disclosure of past issues but the gray area comes to disclosing highly likely future issues that have not been realized yet.

Disclosures in my neck of the woods are the responsibility of the seller and if they don't disclose well we shall see.

I had always operated in a manner fully compliant with current direction, have clear disclosure, conversations and written defined contracts with buyers detailing exactly what comissions would be and how they'd work out, etc etc.

Request a copy of the seller's disclosure and ask the seller's agent about the discrepancy and if permits were pulled.#2 Is bad for you.
