I went to the Tonghua night market last night and had some tasty dim sum, delicious balls of I don't know what, and some sweet jelly dessert!

It sort of lit a fire inside of me and I want to do it again.  

Remove everything that's not necessary and use Airbnb's free photography to get some nicely lit photos.

Some people are truly just dim. 

a lightbulb lit 8 hours per day might add $1.50 to your monthly bill.  

Keep the fire lit as you walk down this path!

Rent ready.. and based on P&L it cash flows pretty well, especially if you self manage.

Having said that, there are many people with dim prospects that have many kids, so I guess it works for a lot of people.Don't think notes are the holy grail.
