We have also just purchased land in El Valle de Guadalupe to build in the middle of the corazón of the Valle.

@David De La Torre it is common for electric and gas to be turned off when a tenant moves in, forcing them to turn it on in their name. 

In July two of them  had problems deemed by airbnb to be de activated.

Or will there be a lien placed on the property and the only way that the lien will be removed is if I pay off the solar panels once I own it.
