Hello everyone,Today, I'd like to open up a discussion about a topic that often sparks a lot of debate among real estate investors: commercial versus residential properties.

;-) Now that's a worthy debate but I still think California would edge those two out of the top spot.

I kept seeing the debate of going sole or LLC and just wasn't sure if I should start off with my first rental with an LLC already as a buy and hold. 

If not, we dont really need to get into petty trivial debates or negativity and are not influenced by that. 

I understand it is a draw, but multiple posts here have said to skip it if on a well(which I am). Is that because well water is generally harder on the filter mechanics?
