Also on my rents I have all my amounts set different so that I know which unit it is. 1 may be 600.00 and the other 1 will be 601.00.

Hi there,You guys probably went thru some of my post already and even help me with some experiences - Thanks a lot :)This time, after 6 months on this, I think part of my brain is saying that somehow I am in the right direction, and the other part is saying something is going on with the rent price I have set for my properties.

Does anyone have experience of setting up a STR while in the same position? 

For consulting with a CPA.As mentioned above you can simply take monthly distributions, but what is most important is how you are set up. 

With that said I'm curious as to what would be the best business set up (sole, LLC or Corporation).

I used to own a large SFR management company I sold to Evernest in 2019 and I manage a Kroger SC and a set of retail condo suites for a client now but it isn't my thing. 

With all respect to AirDNA and the amazing data they provide for STR owners, their pricing tool is not on par with most tools available there.
