jurisdictions you will need to fire rate the basement ceiling: rock wool fire-rated insulation, resilient channel, and 5/8 Fire-X drywall (or 1/2 fire core drywall rated for 60-90 minutes ... about $30/sheet).

However, if you have property fire and sound proofing between the units - floor cavity filled with layer of dense rock wool insulation (fire break) along with resilient channel and 5/8 fire-x drywall on the ceiling of the unit below - sound transfer from the floor to the unit below should be minimal.
