You could try typing developer on to the search magnifying glass in upper corner.

Or the one before that of a close up of a corner of a white wall.... are you telling the viewer there in the corner?

It would be nice if you had a contact who was an actual mason not a marketer.  1930's construction is rare so maybe they cut some corners it was a global depression.  

The seller had the place for 10 years, in the beginning the tenant was 83 years old, figure the tenant would die in the few years, or move to a nursing home, never bothered to renew leases like 5% of $90, that he left it alone since he had 4 stores paying crazy market rents on the ground floor.

Also, in regards to a per diem, I'd like to be a bit more optimistic that I can establish the right checks and balances to ensure that the contractor is not skipping corners.

Location. 25 minutes to beach, 40 minutes to Florence, 15 minutes to Pisa, 60 miles to snow skiing.  10 minutes to Home Depot style store, etc.  

Some of the logistics are fuzzy as we would have to travel there regulary, get to have a great understanding of the cultural differences, build a 'team' of people as there are no Home Depots on every corner, but for about $50k US, you can own a pretty cool place in Italy.Best of luck to you!

But it bounced back okay in 2021 and boomed in 2022 so we decided to double down and get an older costa rican style property around the corner.
