I would suggest becoming good at copywriting if not hire someone to do it.

They use their advertising/marketing dollars wisely to target their ideal customer/client, which then attracts more of that ideal client.By going with the "inch wide, mile deep" strategy you:- get really good at serving the needs of your ideal customers- gain a deeper understanding of your target market and their needs - become an expert with your marketing and copywriting for that niche- gain immense knowledge in your specialty for your specific target market - become an expert and thought leader in your niche which will add power to your marketing

And with cash-flow restored, my next investment was in training/coaching in my primary business, which is copywriting and SEO. 

My ultimate goal in RE is to build an empire :) as a developer maybe.This month I started working doing copywriting on upwork.

Can an organization patent/copy write a the specific wording in a contract, thus not allowing anyone to ever use that exact wording again?

Generated paying leads, did excellent headlines and copywriting to draw interest, sold them, cross sold and upsold at times, and followed up.

I started out just researching a lot of "side hustles" and different online businesses and went with copy writing and tried to go the freelance route, in that process I ended up taking a job on Up Work that led me to be an email marketer on a commission basis for a company with virtually 0 success, but I saw it as an opportunity and in the process I made a whole 0 dollars!
