One seller a brokerage wasn't even going to take their 25 unit apartment listing for 900,000 but the seller owns a third of properties in that town and is consolidating for retirement and estate planning to leave to his kids.

Never heard of a consolidated database of all counties, but that would be cool.

With either of those you may able to consolidate all retirement cash in one account for maximum investment.Using a Solo 401k is very often the better option for RE investing, but you must qualify.
