If you’re nervous, dig into local investor clubs.. from what I’ve heard, even in London you’ll find groups meeting over coffee, talking shop, and sharing leads.

This is unchartered territory for us--we are fortunate to have had only responsible and trustworthy agents in our past. 

Fortunately I think that real estate serves as somewhat of a hedge against some of the bubbles.

Fortunately, many of our investors had been through the foreclosure process before with Capella Mortgage and they knew how it worked, and they knew how Matt and I never ever stop working on their behalf and that we would make sure it worked out in the end. 

It is close to the downtown area but the majority of area is bigger lots and on the other side of a prominent hill that gives it a more out in the country feelFoothills is the most exclusive areas with higher price points and lots of upper end shopping and diningMarana and Oro Valley are the newer "suburban" areas of Tucson that have the laid back walking and biking paths, golf clubs, snow bird / retiree type activities that draw visitors in and then get hooked and eventually buy homesIf you haven't tried Tucson yet, there is quite the variety and with snowbirds leaving, there are plenty of current STR's ready to host you as the summer warms up.

Although I won't have time for lunch or dinner on the 10th, I am available for coffee at The Athletic Club of Columbus or at my office on Parsons Avenue.

A lot of these numbers of what I have pulled from the real estate listing, and inquiring on property management/landlord insurance rates.I am not looking to make a fortune overnight and realize this would be a slow return on investment/passive income.

So fortunately for us, unlike with malpractice insurance, our warranty doesn't have to last a lifetime!
