@Lisa Rispoli- How about this strategy: Get a bunch of your attorney and doctor friends (ones that are looking to park their money somewhere), pool everybody's money together and go out and buy a property cash.  

Turkey investing is for Doctors and Dentists  who need a place to park money and build up equity over time.  

Other option is executive housing for doctors because of the location-White Bridge Pike in between Harding and Charlotte pike. 

You could also be held liable if someone missed work, doctors appointments...you don't want to go there normally. 

Regardless if they are a Doctor, college student or a low income housing tenant.
