My wife just picked up her license and we are trying to iron out child care now that she and I are both working.

It’s hard to “optimize” a policy for a child, but the cost of insurance is so cheap, it makes a ton of sense.

This takes no work at all.Are you really asking your property manager to forego putting aside an extra $50 into her/his child's college fund every month in order to be scrupulously fair to you?

Essentially the goal of the program is to allow a child to provide a place to live for their parent(s), whom would not be able to afford the home otherwise.

This guy may be intimidating her and worse endangering her and her child.

Ironically, you are violating fair housing if you reimburse her for the wall anchors because she has a child, but you wouldn't do the same for a 50-year old adult. 

I’ve been spending time there since I was a child and it feels like a great place, (except for the high crime and drug use, areas which I would never invest in…).

I booked a place for 5 adults and 1 child (16 y/o) plus 2 dogs a couple months ago because of it being the holiday weekend.  

The child (property) stuck in between.
