Even though the realtor would message me “showing with agent,” I know for a fact she’s lying, as she has been caught doing so on other occasions.Is this even legal?

Since I'm an agent I do have access to non-owner occupied properties so my challenge lies in determining cost-effective marketing strategies. 

That being said, the process of raising investor capital is very much a chicken and egg game.  

I'll just keep working on learning to stop trusting tenants as if they all lie, but I'm just curious.

Sure enough, he wrote a lying, scathing one star review, but I also did the same of him. 

The day land is more expensive in De Moines Iowa than oceanfront well know people are no longer lying when answering surveys.

I’ve never had an on-site inspection done by a tax appraiser but I also wouldn’t lie about it.

All ownership information is public record on every site so the only reason you won't disclose it is because it will prove you are lying or really puffing in your post in order to try to get business.

If I had $40k lying around to spend on a program, I'd rather put that toward my first deal.
