The one that I am most concerned with right now is the ceiling height.

It currently has no cooling system (just ceiling fans).

We only have this one window AC unit in the bedroom of my STR unit, but coupled with a ceiling fan in the living room one room over, it does a really good job at keeping the apartment cool on even the warmest of days. 

You never know when and how much, but it is good to be flexible and resilient and keep it all in perspective. 100% Last week I got a call that the drywall ceiling started to collapse :)

Also if you're planning on keeping it a sewer scope inspection would be an intelligent thing to do.That will give you an idea of what you have , and some intelligent discussion material to talk to contractors about regarding finishing it up to a closed state and repairing it . new windows new doors new wallboard fix ceiling etc ...

I am a professional painter, we typically spray and backroll any drywall or other wall/ceiling surfaces. 

On a new build $275k is the sweet spot but if you go up to like $320 it better have a steep roof 9ft ceilings and curb appeal front or it will sit up to 90 days before selling.Its basically what most people can afford around here.

the reality is in situations like this when there Is massive litigation going on.. the very last thing your lawyer would have you do is get on Social media in any form.. its hunker down time for him.. full defense mode.. for those harmed its cry it to the ceilings to warn others.. with that much litigation something is going on its not just drama etc.. lawyers cant just file complaints without basis that's against the rules. 

Minimum code ceiling height for bathrooms is 6'8".There has to be a way to do it.
