I guess my question is, how do you determine which starting plan is best for you or which type of purchase is best for you?

Just go talk to more sellers and find one that has the same type of property and condition as this one that is motivated to sell it to you for a number you want it for compared to comps.

The specific tenant type to target depends on your property and market.We don't require any insurance from the guests.
