Two of our purchases this year are in the Dallas/Ft Worth area, one in Forney and one in Crowley. 

Banks don't currently "love me" either,right now.They normally want two years of tax returns showing consistent income capable of making monthly mortgage payments without a problem.I just got started in this business and now can't finance a candy bar,let alone a traditional loan.

At Dollar Stores, there is food and candy that’s normally not found online.

That's how you handle that problem.Additionally, making tile showers is much cheaper than it looks and big eye candy.

Specifically, I'm in the lower fort worth area, around Burleson, Crowley, Arlington, and surrounding towns. 3b2ba purchase for under $200,000 ARV $225,000-$275,000.

Looks great - just that small amount of "fancy" backsplash tile puts a little eye candy in there.
