If they keep it up, there will be a day soon when we will be talking about USPS as we today look back on the dial-up modem and the film camera.

Plus another $3000 for security lighting, cameras, barred doors, etc..Crime stats are three times higher than Houston, you need to add security to have a good tenant and not have car windows smashed in.

Every one of my properties has exterior cameras on them and have for years.

,Since we started about 9 years ago, security cameras have gotten a lot better.

Install cameras to catch any dumping activities and then report to police who should issue fines, make arrests, etc.

I am buying cameras and installing them, moving to a property manager and just not dealing with it.  

RUSH & HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS STATIONED AS MANY PLACES AS POSSIBLE EVEN IF OUTSIDE A NEARBY BUT indirect NEIGHBORS

I don't rent to anyone living in my own home, but I have known people that do who set up cameras in their own off-limits spaces, deadbolts for doors, etc.

Can you imagine complaining that they get paid $400 for shoving a camera in your rectum for 15 minutes when a plumber could do it for $60?

Now would having fake cameras make me liable in any way if my tenants property were still to be damaged, broken into or stolen.
