Ryan E.I'm primarily Weber north (Box Elder & Cache).  

We are still a few hundred thousand--from Weber north--and are experiencing different dynamics than the metro Salt Lake market.In conservative Cache, buyers are complaining that it's a sellers market because prices aren't what they were in the 1980's.  

They may even pay slightly more taxes after the move/merger for a few more complicated reasons.On evidence that the Bay Area is losing its cache in the tech world, because there are other centers like Austin and Boston, I couldn't disagree more with J Scott on this particular point (I think he generally gives great advice).  

So here is my first cache of questions:  Do I need to have a company name?  

If there are no comps on market, I use the historical listings from rentometer and see if I can find a cached version of the listing on hotpads or some other site and check them out that way.

Now I am looking at Fulton where we can find good prices in decent places and much better theoretical cache flow.
