One of my pilot buddies had 8 homes across the country all initially funded by the VA loan and then once he moved or bought another home refinanced and used the VA loan again. 

Construction buddies of mine have more work than they know what to do with, even average realtors seem to be doing well.

My routine, 1-2 hour breakfast/coffee with my buddy.

My buddy gave me a Quote from SunPower and I’m not seeing a reason not to. 

I have a buddy who sold it all here in the states and moved there.

Stop hanging out with your deadbeat buddies that spend all day drinking, talking sports, and otherwise wasting away.

@Damein White I have a buddy who has 50 MTR doors here, he just bought a defunct motel near the Clinic to convert to more units.

Now my parents are still married but imagine if you can that one day my father comes home and declares after 40 years of marriage, that he fell in love with his secretary or one of his buddy's at work ( lol, I just had a image of my dad being gay ..) it has happened to 100's of thousands of women.
