Do they have solid banking relationships and broker relationships to lease out the units. 

If the answer is no, that means they are a broker of some type.

Hi Dean - we had access to a DSCR product until a couple weeks ago - it's currently paused, per my conversation with one of the loan brokers I work with. 

At that point, you may have to come out of pocket broker commissions unless you sell it FSBO (which is always an option if you have the time to dedicate to it).

Add 2 points and a processing fee for the broker an underwriting fee for the lender and various and sundry closing costs and you're golden.

We've not brokered anything through them in a very long time...not to say we wouldn't, but we formed closer capital partner relationships over time.

However this is something that will for sure affect MF construction this year and sfr is these Tarrifs hold.In the NW I know a lot of lumber comes from CA / BC to be specific but my lumber packages for homes i build in Charleston SC are pine so I know it local wood .. but you know the lumber brokers they will gouge if they get any chance to do so
