I currently own a Property Management company that specializes in Boutique Hotels and Airbnb rentals. 

At the end of 2019, I closed on two retail spaces in a small mountain skin town ( one houses my boutique - the other is a rental space).

Today, I now work for a small boutique real estate investment firm where we buy $10-$40M commercial/multifamily deals in a few key markets.

If it is a small firm services several hundreds or thousands of clients, you may get stuck in a trasactional relationship vs looking for a boutique planning based firm.  

I own a boutique real estate brokerage and help my agents learn the business and work with clients and investors.

Some will survive, like Target and Walmart, but small boutique retailers face challenges on a good day.Ultimately businesses are going to start asking for rent concessions, lease breaks or they will just stop paying.

Just today I spoke to several entrepreneurs, one a boutique hotel sales consultant. 

There are some smaller boutique managers who charge less utilize the proper channels, as well as the big national STR managers.

I know I'm not going to be building the Mercedes AMG Tower next to the Porsche Design Tower, but maybe building the Hyundai Genesis Boutique Apartments could be doable!

Good evening.Looking for some wisdom / experience from someone who has leased up office suites to various tenants in small, historic, boutique environment or something similar.What kind of issues can come up either between the tenants themselves or in dealing with multiple leases under one roof?
