It's very tempting to want 100% financing and have a team on your side giving you advice etc, but don't fall into that trap like I almost did.If you read their google reviews you will see that they have many 5 stars, but no 4s, 3s, or even 2s.

@Bob Asad Don't fall for the trap believing you will  build a fortune off of single family rental cash flow.

I used to be convinced that in order to get into the land development business you had to marry a developer's daughter or be born to a developer.

I was born in raised in Michigan and know almost all there is to know about Michigan Real Estate.

Or they would like to go other places but feel trapped into using their own STR for their vacations.  

California has become a trap for investors and home owners.

I was not willing to have multiple people sleeping in 3rd floor bedrooms without fire escapes and risk the hazard of them getting trapped inside.

These lone wolf GCs who spent the 100 for the GC license, they are like bear traps.
