If you want to lend long term debt, you don’t want to compete and be the cheapest on the block (that’s a race to the bottom), you want to lend on stuff that nobody else (or a select few) will lend on and charge a premium for it.

You will make more connections with homeowners when you say you live there and you know the blocks and streets around them.

But a long driveway doesn't help if cars are blocked in by other cars when renters need them to go to work.

It's a capital road block.

Milwaukee values sometimes change block by block, but at least they are uniform, so you have good comps.

Specific to me FF does not allow you to block the calendar in the future.
