Here are some specific action items:-build out your profile on BP, I want to see a picture of you, know what you do and what your goals are-be helpful on BP, start trying to answer/participate in posts where you have some value-start reaching out to people on BP specifically, with small, specific asks-go to a few networking events every month and plan on talking to many people...it takes 5 + bad conversations to find 1 good one-go to 2-3 conferences per year and be very purposeful there in your intentions, don't just go to sessions and stay quiet, be intereactiveI probably should have started with this, but what is your goal in connecting with these people?

My primary focus for the Houston RE market are flips and wholesaling.I'm also interested in attending RE meetups and networking sessions if anyone knows of goods meetup dates this is something I'm highly interested in as well.I'm pretty new to the Houston Tx market and would like to know more about knowledge on the area such as up and coming neighborhoods, market trends and general location of the neighborhoods. 

What I like about this bank is that once I got on the phone with someone in the Business Development department, I felt like it was an exciting brainstorm sessions in this exact section of bigger pockets. 

I need someone who knows very well, with experience, how to purchase land and build duplex on it for example, can be multifamily too of course.Pitfalls to avoid, different types of zoing lets do a paid Skype

I attended a session on the latter with my local REIA (SJREIA) last night, so am feeling a little better about it.

I am happy to say that on August 31st, 2015 I went into an 8 to 10 hour surgery and came out cancer free (the additional chemo sessions through December were as a precaution).Now, I was on a serious mission to get back on my feet financially and health-wise and was armed with a completely new way to look at life.  

I'm from LA too so I'd love to grab coffee or meet up from a brainstorm session! 

What about 3 students that come over to do a study session, does each person count as a 1 time visitor or the the group as a whole counted as 1 time?
