Cold calling, negotiated with the seller.

I have been asked to testify about how a change in zoning devalues the property.I am seeking cold, hard facts to back up my testimony.

Hi, I am looking to do direct mailing and cold calling.

I understand people are trying to make deals but when you're getting calls every day and they're calling your mother as well I feel like the cold calling laws needs to change. 

Cold calling lets you talk to people same day.

Looking to start diving into the cold calling/knocking game.

My current plan is to generate lists using PropStream, skip trace them, and upload them into our CRM (Resimpli), which we’ll use to execute direct mail and cold calling campaigns.

I had one were my PM calls me its in INDY cold winter they just had baby cant  afford the rent and heat just take no payment for 2 months then they will add the balance any pay it off.. well of course after 2 months they just left  LOL..
