It always bugged me about Canada.

There are 3 different types of units, studio, 1 bed, 2 bed.

I also think $1250 is too high for a 2 bed/1 bath in PTown.

Any pricing-related tool offered by the OTA itself (think of VRBO, booking etc) is there to ensure you are getting heads in beds at any rate possible, just to ensure they are getting paid. 

Tenants don't like to be bugged so I always try to be as nice as I can when I help a client sell with a tenant. 

They also claim it has 6 beds and 5 baths.

You can go to bed at night sleeping like a baby even though you charge 4X what others get because you know, you helped fulfill a couples LITERAL life dream.

The new design takes the home from a 3 bed, 2 bath to a 4 bed, 3 bath, 2,400 sq ft rambler on a large lot in highly desired area.

So I was hoping someone else could benefit from having the big pieces like couches and beds, nice TVs, etc. 

Those are a nasty surprise whenever I go to Texas or the South (we also don't really get a ton of bugs in Denver, though they are there in the mountains).
