I say sadly for the 172s because I used to be a taildragger wiz (banner-towed in Miami for a little while) and that was my teaching specialty.

I have a 6 foot banner that I hang on the front of the house that says buy this home for $1 no reserve on Ebay!

I flew them banner-towing in Miami for a little while.

Cannot get into message or inbox, sent a few email have not gotten a return on why I cannot get into my inbox or send messages, Keep getting a banner that says I have been banned. 

And I'll be using those "worthless" pieces of land, as spots for my bandit signs (except my sign with be a HUGE 4'x8' professional banner, kind of like how commercial brokers advertise on raw land), to advertise that "I buy houses" with my phone number and website.
