has anyone noticed when they open the door to see the house for the first time, if its a 'good' house, it is totally clean, the electricity and water are both on.It's also funny when they say "houses in this area sell in the 140's",,I guess the size doesn't matter to them,, it is good entertainment, but thats what it is.If I started buying houses to keep others from getting them, I would probable be bankrupt in a short period of time, thats how you get killed in this business

(insurance attorneys are not on your side, they are on the Insurance companies side);)Amongst pressure from Insurance company lawyer, Arbitrator, and Plaintiffs attorneys to settle, my attorney i hired told me to Stonewall the plaintiff, balls to the wall (sorry ladies) as a last resort. we threatened to bankrupt the LLC., Point is: LLC was used as a heavy bargaining chip for the settlement that was reached.

But, if you run your life the way he advises in that book, you run the risk of jail (insider trading), having to live off your kids (401Ks are for suckers) having to live hand to mouth (j.o.b.s are for losers) and ending up bankrupt (If you are going to fail, fail big).
