Get up at 6 when no one is out, listen to the radio, push snow around, drink coffee; I love plowing snow.As far as what equipment you should get, that depends on your vision for the service you want to provide, there are pros and cons for all of it.Plow truck with a 9 foot straight, or a v blade would be great for plowing parking lots at multiple properties.

@Daniel Cuevas I can't speak from personal experience but I know several close friends in the AV who are on both sides of the room renting equation.

The Av comes with a 5.3L engine which gets 15-18 MPG.

For example if you have 3 properties each in their own llc if you are sued for something on property A and lose the most they can take is property A vs if you have one llc and 3 properties and same situation can't they take all 3 properties in a bad case scnario??

All units are 2/2s with balconies and larger-than-market av sqft.

I would suggest not getting too focused on comparing a static price ($120K) from geography A vs geography B. 

You don't need a powerpoint or handout, but if we settle on a meeting location with reliable A/V equipment it may be an option.

The AV company I work for is usually a little higher than all the "budget" companies, but our level of service is far beyond what you get with the budget companies.
