I think acknowledging the difficulties tenant's face sets you apart from other landlords.

That makes a real difference.Initially we had one originator, one part-time processor, and a part-time admin assistant.

There, you just set your offer apart in what might otherwise have been a crowded field of offers.

Whether that is actually true can be debatable and the seller might not want to deal with complex lending situations.

We had an investment group willing to come in and zero-lot line a dilapidated apartment complex in Corvallis and give the tenants the opportunity to buy to help solve our affordability crisis here, but nonetheless, the city forced their hand by needing a half-street development after changing zoning that killed the deal.

Condo's are usually on the cheaper end of cost for appraisal reports, typically not $750 (but if it's a high end condo or in an area with there's some complexity, the fee can reflect that). 

So here's the question, How can I legally evict a tenant who hasn't seemed to do anything wrong except created a landfill in their apartment.
