I was a loyal and forgiving husband and got run over by the train known as sheisty divorce lawyers and the anti-Dad legal system.

Unfortunate, but not a surprise.The more ignorant laws the stupid politicians pass in CA and a few other states, the better it is for those of us operating in relatively business friendly states as jobs and residents continue to flee those anti-business locations.

I am very anti PMI.

Ontario has the most anti landlord/tenant friendly regulations in North America in my opinion.

I bought my home at $100K below the mortgage owed, and it was an REO for 3 years.To understand why banks are so cautious, I learn from my wife it's an anti fraud thing.

PS you want to talk about a cool company to work for.. its off the charts if I was uber smart ( which I am not) I would for sure be trying to get on with that company..it was a combination of being on a cool collage campus and then anti cube ..

As I'm very anti-paperwork, I DO still plan to use an agent to do the paperwork for me.  :-)  Laziness helps the economy! 

I am not anti Vegas buy n hold RE: It has produced outstanding returns for the last few years.
