Normally they are around $200-$300 billed every 4 months but in July i got hit with a huge $1400 bill, which is more than i allotted for my yearly water expenses! 

As Damian stated allot of contractors know it is guaranteed money , but some didn't like the strict labor vs material accounting, but it is nice and in a way protects you. 

We'll be asking attendees to pre-register for sessions so we can better gauge interest properly allot classrooms accordingly.We should have longer sessions too, which will allow for deeper dives into the content.As far as timing goes, we will still have a tight schedule between sessions in order to make the most of our time there, but will have ample time for networking in the evenings.

For the 5 that are allotted on the Plus membership, can you revise those 5 or does each revision count towards those 5?

Insurance allotments are typically pretty high, however they usually rent already furnished units.

Also, to figure out operating costs, I allotted $600 for vacancies and $1000 for repairs per year.
