I have a client who is a retired Colonel from the Air Force. He has a gross income from retirement, SSN, and rental income of $10k. Mr. Ken Gilmore is closing on commercial property he owns next week. He is willing to pay 35%-40% interest rate for 3-6 months. As a retired Air Force Colonel he is willing to have a direct payroll allotment setup so the repayment of the loan will be drafted from his wellsfargo account.
