That manager has to be careful to follow the rules against self dealing - just as would an account holder transacting via a custodian - but they are allowed to administer the LLC and do things like sign contracts, pay for expenses and receive income into the LLC on behalf of the IRA.The LLC is not a requirement, simply a way to gain more direct control over the administration of the IRA's investments.In either case, one may not have any direct or indirect benefit - in either direction - between the IRA and a disqualified party (which I will simplify somewhat as the account holder, their spouse and lineal family).

There are two definitions of manage= cope with / get by OR manage= administer/run.

Section 8 is administered differently in different municipalities.

In D.C. the exam is administered by Pearson VUE.

Was the note properly underwritten & administered according to statute?

Their personal affairs administered by court process if necessary and a custodian may be appointed.

Also, try to administer the rules equally to all tenants.  

@Bryan PhamYour buddy is going to have to file a "Notice of Petition to Administer Estate" in the county were the decedent has the property.If your buddy is petitioning the court to be PR, he'll have to give notice to the remaining siblings (his relatives) as well.If the three properties are in three separate counties then three separate petitions need to be filed.
