I started off in Washington DC about 20 years ago, but got out of it when the market crashed in '08.

TLDR: I'm buying out my house from my ex-boyfriend in Seattle (King County), Washington and I'm struggling to find what the REET if I'm buying my ex's stake in the house.

For quick sale we are prepared to sell at the 1% rule of current rents and will consider owner financing with 20% down (30 year @ 7% w/ a balloon between 3-7 yrs). 

Ocean City is the most popular beach town and is a 3hr drive from Washington D.C.

Can anyone recommend a reputable networking group in the Washington, DC metro area?  

I carried as a cop in DC for years when I did my fix and flips I carried during my quick stint as a wholeseller.

I currently live in Western WA but am looking to make the move to Eastern WA, specifically the Spokane Valley area.

I now have properties in Florida, Texas, Missouri, Washington. 

That in the Dean wood area are maybe the only two area in the DC  where the properties have not jump through the roof.
