I usually wont screen teenagers/kids and elderly folk that are being taken care of by others, otherwise everyone else is screened for. 

For example, demolition is fairly low skill task that could typically be done by anyone (I was doing demolition on properties when I was barely a teenager). 

As a mom with teenage boys when I want to relax in a bath the last thing I want to do is clean their tub out lol.

I have teenage daughters that like to wear shorts and tank tops, then complain about how cold the house is.

My brother and I (my brother was pre-teen and I was barely teenage) did not understand the value of the beach properties.  

I was able to carefully choose my stays using the profiles and was able to meet and spend time with a priceless variety of people: people with cats, people with awkward teenagers or adorable tantrum-throwing urchins, people who lived in semi-restored historic ruins, bohemian weirdos with artsy communal lifestyles, widowed intellectuals with priceless antiques and hours to spare patiently correcting my grammar, people who forced me to eat and drink meals worth 3x what I was paying them, all of whom didn't speak (or agreed not to speak) a lick of Anglais. 

Selling it to an owner occupant who sees the value in the back area (teenage/adult kids, retiring parents, regular vacation visitors, rental unit, etc).
