Having the bare minimum can be okay but it also puts them in danger if something should cost the HOA and when that account goes to zero or under 10% they generally raise the HOA fee's.

With the original mortgage loan the interest is fixed but compounded and over 2/3 of it is going towards interest each month, so I continue to make barely a dent in the principal.

A few of ours barely have an accent (they studied here for years).They are trained for level 1 support and filter out 95% of common issues for us, the other 5% go to management here locally to handle.
