Very Simple @Jaren Taylor.You need an SEC attorney that specializes in Syndicates  and more than likely a transaction attorney to set these up for you. 

At a basic level there is no one set way to structure a partnership.

If you approach the conversation by first finding out their goals, then you can back into a strategy that will work for the both of you.

Any advice or recommendations of where to locate groups seeking similar goals would be greatly appreciated!

If you're the only one in your company, this may not be necessary since you set the rules.

I've used them for setting up real estate Trusts, but that's about it.
