Also do some research for Airbnbs near the property to see how busy their calendars are and what prices they charge.Self-managing remotely is not as hard as you might think.

You have to do the research on the property itself to make sure it makes sense and is a good investment strategy first.

I'm researching them myself, after a tip from an investor friend, but can find essentially nothing whatsoever about them.
