Trying to be professional and courteous.

I was told by a local experienced investor that insurance companies will always go cheap with paying out to contractors in the event a property needs to be rebuilt. 

For example how do you identify with confidence that your market attracts more professionals vs. families vs. bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc. and therefore how you'd know which amenities to offer?

A contractor left a back door open one day and someone walked into the house and stole $2000 worth of tools.
