My rental home has a messed up approach to the driveway that was not properly patched by the previous owner and I didn't have the funds to fix it while I lived there.

Did anyone here invest in Patch of Land's seed investment a few years ago?  

We've paid a lot of money for painting on high end houses, and it never fails there's always one wall that will have a patch that just looks rough.

It was a wood frame house with normal sized windows so I could install the cut to size blinds from Lowes/Homedepot and being wood, I could patch any holes very easily.  

This test isn't normal for most AC companies according to them since its a bit intrusive and expensive to re-patch the cutting of the duct so most don't do it. 

Nevermind we'd be redoing the kitchen and bathroom completely anyway... so do you do a "patch" to make the sale then go back and do it again?

Should I, A) just put a patch on the leaking pit and let the next home owner have some work to do in the next few years or, B) do I need to replace the whole under carriage of the homes plumbing?

In hindsight I would of replaced everything with plex piping, but 15 copper patches later we have no leaks...but that sewer line everyone told me I should of fixed right away, it backed up and flooded the basement and ruined the water heater.

Prior to placing the building in service, M pays amounts to repair cement steps, refinish wood floors, patch holes in walls, and paint the interiors and exteriors of the building.

-what about patching stuff?
