Obviously the closer you get the to coast lines and to resort areas the higher the price points get.If I had 80k and I was digging into my HELOC to get it, the most capital I'd want to tie up in one deal, the first deal is 30k - 40k max. 

I figure resort style food from off the land nature experience.

North Port is a bit further from the projected growth boom that we will see in Cape Coral, and also Punta Gorda (airport and resort are brining in jobs and industry). 

I lend money privately and would never consider this as it is dependent on things out of my control (permits, neighbors, you being a good host, rental demand etc) I sell a ton of STR that are in actual resort communities and have great amenities and they are all  competing for the same guests, I can't imagine that there is a need/demand for this type of unit.

So my question is, how long does that member have to be there until you can resort back to a regular tenant?

Aside from Bizbuysell, loopnet, crexi, and Horse & Hearth, what other listing sites have campgrounds and resorts for sale on them?

This can be because of a strategic location in Orlando or in the resort community, exceptional decor and other factors.

But it is an older resort, so if someone is looking for newer build homes, it’s not for them.

Most of the resorts do but there are a few that charge you in separate installments or that don't include it at all.
