What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The owner of this project ( a friend of mine) had built a couple of other projects in the last 3 years that happened to be profitable for those who invested in them back then. Now he is currently building another one and i think it is a great investment.

I have personal relationship with the owner of the project.
